Jessica Harmon works behind the camera, and over fifteen films from 2015 to 2025 she has quietly become one of the directors Hallmark hands a small town to and trusts to make it sing. Seven of those films drop us into exactly that, a tidy main street where everyone knows your business. Her best-reviewed is The Angel Tree from 2020 at 6.9, with Love Under the Stars and Rip in Time close behind, so the strongest work clusters near the top of her run rather than chasing one breakout. She plays it straight, no high-concept swings, just clean conventional Hallmark made with care. Only three are holiday titles, which is a little surprising for the network, and spring is where she turns up most often. If you like a director who keeps the picture grounded and lets the warmth do the work, Harmon is a safe pair of hands.
