Malcolm Stewart is the kind of actor Hallmark keeps in its back pocket: never the name on the poster, but reliably there in the supporting seats across 15 films from 2011 to 2021. He top-bills none of them, and that is rather the point. He fills in the fathers, the bosses, the small-town fixtures who hold a story together while the leads sort out their feelings. Malcolm Stewart is a Canadian film actor. Stewart graduated from the University of Vermont and later attended Columbia University Graduate School in New York. He made his Broadway debut in Dracula with Frank Langella, and has since appeared in Broadway shows including Bedroom Farce and Torch Song Trilogy. He is also a licensed pilot.
