The premise
The business owners compete for the best-decorated shop. A prophecy is unearthed in the basement of City Hall; when predictions start coming true, the citizens fear it's a terrible curse. Cassie and Sam may be the key to saving their town.

Catherine Bell returns as Cassie while Middleton panics over the 150-year-old Perriwood Prophecy, which seems to be coming true through bat swarms and mysterious store closures. Weirdness 8, and the local color is pure Good Witch: a prophecy hidden inside gargoyle statues, a town assistant faking a plague of frogs to lure tourists, and zombie flesh sliders that are just pulled pork.
