Hoping to reconnect with his family, a man takes over Christmas duties for Santa Claus.
Very. Magic, santa is real, Santa himself and an actual miracle all turn up in one movie — the strangest 7% of everything we've logged.
The quirks and curveballs that make this one a little weirder than your average Hallmark. No spoilers, promise.

Ethan Erickson plays a struggling travel agent facing divorce who gets recruited to fill in as Santa while the real one vacations in Bimini and goes parasailing. Naturally he abuses the powers first. Weirdness 8, and the world-building is a riot: a literal Santa Card credit line for the North Pole, an economy where elves are paid in cookies and suffer sugar crashes, and a rule called IMU, Inappropriate Magic Usage, that turns food into fruitcake. Sean Astin plays the elf Eddie, who reveals he is a Hanukkah elf too, on his father's side. At 5.3 it is daffy fun for an undemanding night.

Climax
Dan uses his travel agent skills to manually reroute the world's toy deliveries, saving Christmas through logistics rather than just magic.
