A gentle amnesia romance that leans into its own premise with a wink. Julie Gonzalo plays Angela, a best-selling author overwhelmed by fame, who flees Boston, crashes her car in Vermont, and is taken in by a kind local doctor, played by Benjamin Ayres, and his two kids. As she helps the family prep for the town's Fall Fest, she starts rediscovering who she is. The cozy autumn setting is lovely. The weird flourishes are great too: the doctor changes his Wi-Fi password daily to make his kids do chores, and Angela has oddly expert knowledge of 1930s canoes despite remembering almost nothing else. Sweet, leafy, and easy to love.
