About the series
Mystery Island sells the pleasure of solving an invented murder. When a real death interrupts the game, British criminal psychiatrist Emilia Priestly teams up with local detective Jason Trent. Elizabeth Henstridge and Charlie Weber return as the resort attracts new guests and new trouble. This is a good choice if you enjoy questioning the boundary between a performance and a genuine clue, with the same pair returning to sort it out.
What to expect
Contest winners, corporate visitors and rival resort staff give the investigators different groups to question. Emilia's professional interest in criminal behaviour fits a place built for amateur detectives, but guests also bring personal histories that the game cannot contain.
