About the series

Shannon Hughes restores houses in Lighthouse Cove. When deaths and discoveries interrupt her jobs, she notices physical details that others can overlook. Mac Sullivan, a writer with an investigative background, gives her someone to compare theories with. The three films make a short run built around work sites and old properties, with Shannon's building knowledge providing a credible reason to look closely at a room.

What to expect

The mysteries grow out of renovation work and local connections. Shannon has tools and practical knowledge before she has a case; Mac brings questions and a writer's interest in what happened. Expect investigations that revisit a property's history as well as its current owners.
