Rachel Skarsten has spent a decade quietly proving she can carry a Hallmark picture on her own. Since her 2014 debut she has top-billed five of her seven films, and Christmas is where she does her best work. Four of the seven are holiday titles, usually a small town in deep winter, the kind of premise you can read off the poster. Her high point is Timeless Love from 2019, which at 6.9 edges out The Royal Nanny from 2022, with most of her work landing in solid, watchable territory around 6.6. What you will not find is a fixed partner. She has worked with Corey Sevier and Jefferson Brown twice each, but no one sticks, so the films lean on her rather than a recurring duo.
