The premise
Two news broadcasters who previously were in love fight for a position as a morning talk show host that they both want, ultimately finding what made them like each other so much in the first place.
How unusual is it?
More than most. Santa himself, an enemies-to-lovers arc and a second-chance romance push it well past the usual Hallmark template — the strangest 18% of everything we've logged.

Why we’d put this one on
Melissa Joan Hart and Dean Cain as rival news anchors gunning for the same morning-host chair, with old sparks getting in the way. That is a fun, recognizable pair to build a Christmas rom-com around, and Jackee Harry rounds out the newsroom. At weirdness 6 it leans into broadcast-world bickering and second-chance tension rather than anything truly strange. The 6 rating means it is a comfort-tier watch, not a heavy hitter, but if enemies-to-lovers behind a TV news desk is your lane, Hart and Cain have the easy banter to carry it. A solid pick for a low-effort December evening.
