Mark Deklin never gets handed the lead, and that turns out to be fine, because he is the reliable supporting hand Hallmark drops into six films between 2010 and 2021. He works the conventional, snow-dusted end of the catalog. Four of his titles are Christmas, four sit in winter, and four park him in the small town the network loves, with nothing strange about the setup. His strongest outing is Love and Sunshine from 2019 at 7.1, and the holiday work holds up too, with Christmas in Evergreen: Letters to Santa at 6.7 and Switched for Christmas at 6.6 not far behind. He keeps no regular partner, sharing just a single film with anyone here, so think of him filling out different casts rather than anchoring a pair. If you like a steady face who lets the leads shine, he has been around a while.
Mark Deklin is an American actor and fight coordinator. He starred in the Fox primetime drama Lone Star, the ABC comedy-drama GCB, the Lifetime comedy-drama Devious Maids, and in 2017 joined the ABC political drama Designated Survivor as Senator Jack Bowman. He voiced Deimos in the video game God of War: Ghost of Sparta. He also was the voice of Warden in the video game Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege.
Across 6 films, Mark usually leans into Christmas, often plays an executive and is usually set in small towns.
