    Wait, what?

The quirks and curveballs that make this one a little weirder than your average Hallmark. No spoilers, promise.

    • The film features Priscilla Presley playing herself in a fictional narrative.
    • A high-level international art curator takes a job as a nanny for a week just because she's 'good at winging it'.
    • The movie serves as a near-constant advertisement for the Graceland estate and Elvis Presley's legacy.

    Full story (spoilers)
The film begins with Harper Ellis returning to Memphis after three years working in European museums. She is staying with her sister Maggie's family while interviewing for a prestigious international curator position at the Brooks Museum, which would require her to live in London. During a visit to Graceland, Harper reunites with her former boss Regina and meets Priscilla Presley. Regina introduces Harper to Owen Read, a successful but overworked widower who is struggling to manage his three children—Adelaide, Millie, and Taylor—after his nanny goes on holiday. Despite her professional background, Harper agrees to serve as their temporary nanny. Owen is a man of strict schedules, using a tablet-based algorithm to manage every hour of his children's lives. Harper, who values spontaneity and emotional connection to art, immediately begins to disrupt this order by introducing 'Yule log' baking and creative craft projects. Meanwhile, Owen is under immense pressure to launch a medical database fundraiser by Christmas Eve. Harper also agrees to help Regina co-curate a special Elvis-themed Christmas exhibit, using her expertise to move the display beyond simple memorabilia into an 'immersive experience.' As Harper and Owen spend more time together, a romantic spark develops. Harper helps Owen's son Taylor with a unique art project about where elves live, and Owen begins to loosen his grip on his rigid schedules. However, a conflict arises when Owen realizes his planned fundraiser is nearly identical to a competitor's event. Harper suggests a bold solution: moving the fundraiser to Graceland and combining it with the exhibit opening. This plan requires intense collaboration, bringing Owen and Harper even closer. On the night of the event, the exhibit is a massive success, and Owen delivers a heartfelt speech that secures a major donation. During the party, the museum director offers Harper the London job but insists she must leave by December 28th. This creates a 'ticking clock' conflict. Owen confesses his feelings but tells Harper he won't stand in the way of her dreams. In the final resolution, Harper realizes that her heart is in Memphis. She turns down the London-based role and instead pitches a version of the job that allows her to stay in Memphis. The film concludes with Harper and Owen celebrating Christmas together, having successfully blended their lives and families.
