Violette Wagner comes to New York expecting her Broadway dreams to begin, only to discover her tour has collapsed before it starts. Stranded for Christmas, she takes a job at Hazel Carter's Fiore's and grows close to playwright-server Alex, even as a misguided scheme involving Brad complicates everything. As secrets unravel on Christmas Eve, Violette chooses honesty, performs her own song, and finds both her artistic voice and a new romance.
Mostly classic comfort-watch, give or take a fake relationship and mistaken identity.
