The Last Bridesmaid

The film opens with Becca Foster giving a speech at her friend Allie's wedding, marking her ninth time as a bridesmaid. She expresses a firm belief that love should be 'effortless,' a sentiment immediately challenged by the wedding videographer, Kyle Taylor, who views love as something that requires hard work and 'editing' to look perfect. As they attend food tastings and dress fittings, their initial philosophical clash turns into mutual respect. The central conflict peaks when Becca, hoping to help Kyle, shows his unfinished rough cut to her uncle Paul, a famous film producer.
