On a delayed holiday trip to Chicago, Annie and Dave are forced to spend the night together at the Chateau Marc Hotel. Dave calls Annie on the spot and asks her out on a proper date, and she happily says yes. By the end of the story, both of them have found each other and also found the confidence to pursue the lives they actually want.
