Missing the Boat

Kelly Coates joins a last-minute cruise with her brother Parker while secretly working a due diligence assignment for Staley and Scholes Venture Capital. Her boss wants her to identify any reasons not to invest in Crandall Corporation’s luxury cruise division, and she is supposed to finish the report while remaining incognito. At the investor presentation, Kelly defends the cruise line with an honest, heartfelt report that emphasizes the company’s integrity and the value of work-life balance. Adam ultimately changes course, chooses to keep control of Crandall Cruises, and brings Kelly and Parker into a new future together.
